Tardy Policy:

If you arrive late to your scheduled session, you will only receive the remainder of your time. Full payment for services will still be required unless the scheduling conflict was a direct result of Nola Organic Spa, or its staff members.

Your appointments are very important to us at Nola Organic Spa, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48hrs in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. 

-Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to %50 of the reserved service amount to the card on file.

-“No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved amount to the card that’s on file.

Policy On Children:

In order to ensure a great experience for all guests of Nola Organic Spa, we ask that you not allow children to accompany you for your visit.

Only children being serviced will be allowed in the spa.

If children being serviced are unruly you may be asked to leave, however, full payment of your service will still be required.
